Third Floor Radiator is part of the solo exhibition Rooms at Oakville Galleries Gairloch Gardens exhibition space, a site-related collection of works.

The third floor is reduced to a scale of 1:12, the scale popularly associated with adult dollhouses. Each 1:12 scale form is a sound object, painted the colour of the actual room and placed in its approximate location. A simple machine is attached on the side of the object that faces the outside. As the walls open and close, the resonant character of the space changes, therefore so does the sound. A simple recording of a radiator permeates all of the objects.
